Accessing Your Gift Vouchers

Thank you for purchasing a gift voucher from the Little Haven Hotel.

If you’re having any trouble finding or downloading your voucher, here are the different ways you can access it:

Example of a Voucher

1. On-Screen After Checkout

  • Once your payment is complete, your gift voucher will appear immediately on the screen.
  • You can download it straight away from this page.

2. By Email

  • A copy of your gift voucher is automatically sent to the email address you used at checkout.
  • If you don’t see it within a few minutes, please check your Spam or Junk folder, just in case.

3. In Your Online Account (if you created one)

  • If you chose to create an account when checking out, you can log in anytime to access your voucher:
  • Log in with your details
  • Navigate to your Downloads section
  • Download your voucher from there

Common Questions

I checked out as a guest. Can I still get my voucher?

Yes! Even if you didn’t create an account, your voucher will still be available on screen after checkout and also emailed to you.

I can’t find my voucher email. What should I do?

First, check your Spam/Junk folder. If it’s not there, please get in touch with us at info@littlehavenhotel.com and we’ll be happy to resend it.

Do I need an account to use my voucher?

No, an account is not required. Your voucher is valid whether you checked out as a guest or with an account.
